Bénabar

Bénabar is back on the road. A singer-songwriter and astute observer of everyday life, for more than twenty-five years he has cultivated a way of writing that captures our ordinary lives without unnecessary embellishment. He has announced his eleventh studio album for winter 2026. After a first single, “Elles dansent,” inspired by his daughter, he is unveiling “Reste-t-il du bonheur,” a duet with Pascal Obispo — a song pervaded by the nostalgia of a lost happiness. These two tracks set the tone for an album that is both intimate and open, between confidences and choruses to sing along to.

The year 2025 will also mark the twentieth anniversary of Reprise des négociations, the album that includes “Le dîner,” which has become a staple of his concerts. On stage, Bénabar will alternate new material and signature songs, with that blend of tenderness, irony and little stories that form his playground. It will be an opportunity to revisit a repertoire that spans the years without repeating itself, while opening a new chapter with the songs yet to come.

He will appear on 2 December 2026 at the Théâtre Sébastopol in Lille.
