16 Horsepower returns in 2026 and hits the road across Europe. In Paris, the band will appear on 7 June 2026 at L’Elysée Montmartre. Led by its founding trio, the project shook the alternative scene by blending Appalachian folk, bluegrass, gospel and country, with a tension that surfaces in every motif. On stage, the music cuts straight to the core: vocals imbued with the heritage of sacred singing, spare, dry rhythms, and guitars and acoustic textures that rasp and let the shadow through. The songs range from stripped-down ballads to tougher pulses, where fervor, dust and minimal melodic lines meet. This reunion is not a museum piece: it sets back in motion the songs that shaped their identity and opens the door to other breaths. A meeting to reconnect with that raw, roots‑anchored sound, unvarnished and direct.
