POGO CAR CRASH CONTROL
On March 27, 2026, at L’Echonova in Saint-Avé, Pogo Car Crash Control brings its direct, confrontational rock—somewhere between punk urgency and metal weight. Since 2016, the four-piece has been refining a blunt, abrasive sound, noticed with Fréquence Violence in 2022, where grunge nuances surfaced. On stage, the band plays up close, delivering raw energy and taut tension, forged notably on Hellfest’s Warzone stage and the Warm-up tour.
Heading to New York next: the group recorded new tracks with producer Jon Markson, who has worked with Drug Church, DRAIN, Gel and The Story So Far. Their album Negative Skills continues the momentum, blending French and English at the heart of cutting riffs and tight rhythms, with more open melodies that let the whole breathe without losing impact.
MDNS
Originally from the suburbs of Lille, MDNS (pronounced “madness”) turns boredom and hardship into incisive songs. After an initial period tinged with dark new wave, the project returns with a rawer, more confrontational sound—between punk and indie rock—driven by a deep-seated urgency to live. An ideal match with Pogo Car Crash Control, while still asserting its own path.
