Tito & Tarantula

Between Chicano rock, stoner and blues rock, Tito & Tarantula returns to leave its mark at La Laiterie Strasbourg on October 22, 2026. Born in Mexico and raised in Alaska, the son of a trapper, Tito Larriva forged his path in Los Angeles with The Plugz and then the Cruzados, before firmly establishing his signature between stage and screen. A musician and composer, he has written music for numerous films and linked himself to the world of Robert Rodriguez.

The Tito & Tarantula adventure ignited in a big way with From Dusk Till Dawn in 1995: the band comes to life at the Titty Twister bar and the world discovers "After Dark," "Angry Cockroaches" and "Strange Face of Love." The European release of Tarantism in 1997 etched these tracks into the collective memory and opened the road to touring.

Between notable film collaborations and songwriting redolent of desert dust, Tito Larriva has preserved that sense of dry, punchy riffs and nocturnal atmospheres. In Strasbourg, the band will dive back into this cult repertoire and its more recent offshoots, between sun-scorched guitars and melodies that stick with you.
