Info

Yellow Days will be performing on April 24, 2026 at the Cabaret Sauvage in Paris. Behind the name, British musician George van den Broek explores a hazy indie soul-pop carried by a raspy, sensitive voice. First noticed with Is Everything Okay in Your World? in 2017, he has since developed a broader sonic universe, flirting with psych-soul and muted grooves. After spending time in Los Angeles, he released A Day in a Yellow Beat in 2020, an album shaped by local collaborations. In 2022 he continued the momentum with a trilogy of EPs — Slow Dance & Romance, Apple Pie, Inner Peace — written during the lockdown.

Born in Manchester and raised in Haslemere, he picked up a guitar at 11 and cites Ray Charles, Mac DeMarco and Thundercat among his influences. Following self-produced singles and the EP Harmless Melodies (2016), his track Gap in the Clouds gained exposure via the trailer for season 2 of Atlanta, paving the way for The Way Things Change and tours across the United States and then Europe. On stage, Yellow Days blends gauzy ballads with more urgent bursts, revisiting the milestones of his catalogue from his early work to his recent projects.
