Both long-time rappers, Isha and Limsa d'Aulnay also have solo careers to their names. Although they have known each other for years, their first collaboration took place on Starting Block (released in 2020 on Logique, Limsa’s Part 2). Born in the same year, the two artists align on many points: their influences, musical ambitions and artistic vision. From their collaborations and growing friendship came the desire to make a joint mixtape, which a few months later became Bitume Caviar, an album released on December 1, 2023. This 13-track project is characterized by a blend of their flair for phrasing and melody. Between the blues of a reformed thug and the life of thirty-somethings, Bitume Caviar depicts the everyday life of the two rappers. A year after the project’s release, they return to the stage with a new concert beginning in the fall of 2025.
