Covertramp hommage à Supertramp

COVERTRAMP returns on 28 November 2026 to Confluence Spectacles Avignon for a tribute to Supertramp conceived as a true immersion into the band’s work. Six multi-instrumentalists reproduce live the tonal colors, harmonies and balances that shaped these songs, with particular attention paid to the arrangements. The program blends rare, seldom-played numbers with the essentials that have endured through the decades: School, Dreamer, Goodbye Stranger, Breakfast in America, Take the Long Way Home, Fool’s Overture, Give a Little Bit. On vocals, Philippe Tailleferd, accompanied by Sandra Battini, alternates vocal tones inspired by Roger Hodgson and Rick Davies, in a performance that honors the spirit of the originals without stifling the energy of the live show. A reimagined lighting design accompanies each piece and reinforces the atmospheres, from soaring pop passages to more contemplative moments and an elegant groove. A concert conceived for longtime fans as well as for those who wish to rediscover Supertramp on stage.
