Charlie Winston

Charlie Winston returns to the stage at Juliobona Lillebonne on Friday, March 6, 2026. An English singer-songwriter who broke through with “Like a Hobo” around the turn of the 2000s, he brings a folk-rock sound that blends acoustic arpeggios, electric riffs and piano lines. Across his records, his warm, slightly raspy voice has honed a songwriting style that is simple and precise. His fifth album, released in 2022 on Tôt ou Tard and co-produced with Vianney, marks a more introspective phase in which he speaks candidly about himself and explores the gray areas between wandering and calm.

On stage, Charlie Winston alternates between energetic tracks and ballads, trading guitar and piano in a compact format that highlights the arrangements and the groove. He will be joined by Noé Bennita on drums, François Lasserre on guitar and Louis Sommer on bass clarinet and bass. Winston himself moves between vocals, guitar and piano, drawing on both his classic hits and recent material for a set that spans his different periods and brings out the folk and rock DNA that has accompanied him since the start of his career.
