Gaëtan Roussel continues his trajectory between band work and solo projects. A singer and songwriter, and the voice of Louise Attaque, he has for years shaped a repertoire in which the lyrics take precedence, with direct melodies and guitars up front. After reuniting with Louise Attaque, he returns under his own name with Marjolaine, his sixth studio album, released on 14 November 2025. This record opens a new chapter, balancing concise songs and restrained rhythms, with particular attention to the voice and the arrangements. On stage, he performs these recent tracks alongside pieces that have punctuated his career, in a setting that leaves room for the words and the group’s dynamics. Gaëtan Roussel will be in concert on 3 November 2026 at Antarès Le Mans, for a tour date that puts his songwriting back at the centre, between chanson and rock, with that clear, no-nonsense way of heading straight for the chorus.
