Info
Yael Naïm returns to the stage with the pop-folk that suits her, straddling softness and depth. A French-Israeli singer and songwriter, she often positions herself between piano and guitar, letting her voice bridge the intimate and the choral. One finds her taste for clear melodies and answering harmonies, in English as well as in Hebrew, with a recognisable grain and a way of shaping songs by small touches, never by excess. Her path, marked by workshop work with David Donatien and several albums of blended textures, has honed a spare songwriting style attentive to dynamics, space and timbre.
On 14 April 2026 at the Carré Belle-Feuille in Boulogne-Billancourt, she offers a set that spans her early compositions and more recent pieces, rearranged for the stage. Between pared-back ballads, discreet pop pulses and choral passages in chiaroscuro, the music moves in layers and variations, privileging intimacy and listening. It’s a moment to rediscover her songs in a precise setting, where the balance between acoustic and electronic serves the heart of the lyrics and the fluidity of the performance.
