On March 25, 2026, at the Zénith Nantes Métropole Saint-Herblain, David Hallyday presents Requiem pour un fou, a concert conceived as a dialogue between his own journey and Johnny Hallyday’s legacy. A songwriter, composer and performer, he notably wrote the majority of Sang pour Sang, the landmark album that sealed the artistic and personal reconciliation between father and son. Here he continues that thread, revisiting on stage songs drawn from both of their repertoires.

Without imitation or posturing, David offers his vision of his father’s work, with his sense of melody and the approach of a consummate musician, between guitars, keyboards and drums. Johnny’s emblematic tracks take on new colors, interwoven with his own songs in arrangements created for this all‑Hallyday tour. The program speaks of family ties and the passing on of a legacy, but above all of music—a family story that continues to be written on stage.
