Le quatuor de Minneapolis s'apprête à sortir un nouvel album, « World of Joy » le 24 mars. C'est la suite d' « America Give Up », l'excellent premier album avec lequel Howler s'est fait connaître en Europe. Le batteur Rory MacMurdo a rejoint le groupe pour « World of Joy », album composé et enregistré à Minneapolis, aux studios The Terrarium avec Chris Heidman (producteur également d' « America Give Up »).
