Info
DIIV bring their new chapter to London on June 30, 2027, at Troxy, with a set built around their fifth album, ZIRP!. Zachary Cole Smith, Andrew Bailey, Colin Caulfield and Ben Newman have always balanced a pop instinct with a deep underground streak; here they crash the two together and stop pretending they’re choosing sides. Expect that signature blur of layered guitars and hazy melodies, but with sharper edges and a tighter punch, where dream pop and shoegaze weight meet indie rock drive.
Framed as “The New Alternative” for the 2020s, ZIRP! plays with the idea of what it means to grow up without sanding off the band’s rawness. Live, DIIV’s songs shift from floating, glassy hooks to heavier, more direct passages, built for big rooms without losing the grit that made them stick in the first place.
