Info
Pauline Croze returns to the stage on February 13, 2027 at the Théâtre Lino Ventura in Nice with her signature blend of French chanson, pop and folk, carried by a supple voice and hushed, intimate rhythms. Since her beginnings in the early 2000s, notably spotted at the Transmusicales and then in CQFD of Les Inrockuptibles, she has built an intimate, precise repertoire where the arrangements remain sober yet always alive.
This concert is an opportunity to revisit songs that have marked her career, from her self-titled first album to Un bruit qui court and Le Prix de l’Eden, not to mention her detours into softer, brighter hues, such as her French-language Bossa Nova project of covers. In recent years, her music has also opened up to a more contemporary production, with discreet electronic and urban touches. On stage, Pauline Croze remains the focus: songs that speak to the heart, delivered without pose, as close to the audience as possible.
