Info
CHVRCHES land in London on May 6, 2027, at O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire, bringing their Glasgow-bred synthpop into full live mode. Built around Lauren Mayberry’s clear, cutting vocals, the trio’s sound sits where electropop hooks meet indietronica sheen and a darker alternative edge. Expect the set to move between the early rush of The Bones of What You Believe and Every Open Eye and the more pop-forward angles of Love Is Dead, without skipping the shadowier pulse they embraced on Screen Violence.
On stage, it’s a tight three-way balance: Iain Cook’s sleek arrangements and textures, Martin Doherty’s melodic counterlines and vocal turns, and Mayberry driving it all with that mix of precision and urgency. Whether you came in on “The Mother We Share” or the later, moodier cuts, this date is about seeing how those choruses and beats hit when the lights drop and the synths take over.
