Info
On March 11, 2027, Way Dynamic arrives at the Ritz PDB in Montreal with its Melbourne-based indie-pop outfit led by Dylan Young. Spanning a range between lo-fi, soft rock and electric folk, the project advances with melodic, intimate songs, carried by clear guitars, moderate tempos and a vocal delivery that sits close to the mic, often accompanied by simple harmonies.
On stage, the universe gains more depth: the songs, initially crafted in DIY mode, are rearranged into a full band setup to play on contrasts between quiet passages and more assertive sections. At times, the arrangements thicken with a few layers of keyboards or denser guitars, letting a slightly psychedelic touch surface without abandoning the essential: direct, sensitive compositions and a band energy that shifts the ground.
