Info
On December 18, 2026, at Depot Mayfield in Manchester, WHP teams up with Silva Bumpa for “Sterling”, a night built around his sharp, modern take on UK garage. Coming out of the UKG revival, he’s the kind of DJ and producer who keeps the classic 2-step swing in play but pushes it into a more upfront club lane, where bass music and house rub shoulders. Expect syncopated drums, bouncy low-end, and vocal-led moments that cut through without slowing the momentum.
“Sterling” is set up for pace and progression: quick turns, tight blends, vocal edits, and that soulful thread that keeps garage from feeling purely functional. If you’re into dancefloor-first sets that still nod to the genre’s history, this one is about hearing those familiar codes reworked for a bigger, more direct room.
