Info
On March 5, 2027, at Horseshoe Tavern in Toronto, Bess Atwell brings her intimate indie-folk world to the stage, built around a voice that stays soft but cuts straight to the point. London-born and shaped by years between Cambridgeshire and Sussex, she writes songs that live in the small details: relationships, routines, doubts, the stuff you don’t always say out loud.
Her set draws on a decade of releases that move between spare acoustic folk and a more hushed, melancholic pop. From her early album Hold Your Mind to the Big Blue EP and the slow-burn clarity of Already, Always, Atwell’s songwriting has kept getting sharper while staying understated. Expect a show where silence matters as much as sound, and where each track feels like a close conversation rather than a big statement.
