Info
Lisa LeBlanc arrives on May 21, 2027 at Espace James Chambaud in Lons, with her unmistakable blend of nervy folk-rock and Acadian inflections. On stage, she often starts from a raw format, guitar and banjo in the foreground, weaving songs that alternate French, English, and chiac, with an unfiltered way of telling everyday life. Since her early 2010s beginnings, she has broadened her palette—from the self-titled debut album to the crisper, more abrasive energy of Why You Wanna Leave, Runaway Queen?, to the more danceable turn of Chiac Disco, where disco rhythms and pop melodies intersect with the expressions from her homeland. Expect a lively concert that moves between rock urgency and the joy of groove, without losing the thread of the stories.
