Info
On December 11, 2026, Melodic 15 brings Patrice Bäumel to Yamamori Tengu in Dublin for an extended 3-hour set built for slow immersion rather than quick hits. Based in Amsterdam after growing up in Germany, Bäumel has long shaped his sound in the Dutch club scene, notably as a resident at the late, influential Trouw. Expect a long-form journey where melodic techno, deep house and progressive instincts overlap: steady, crisp drums, stretched-out synth lines, and patient transitions that let tension accumulate.
Known for his work with Kompakt and for translating his club logic into broader structures on releases like The Hatchet’s House, he treats the DJ booth like a studio in real time. The point here is progression: repetition with purpose, textures that evolve by tiny degrees, and those hypnotic moments where the room locks into one pulse. A night designed for people who like their dancefloor moods deep, detailed, and moving forward.
