Info
On November 28, 2026, Quarters in Brighton hosts a shared night with Shanti Celeste and Midland, two DJs and producers who treat genre as a toolkit rather than a rulebook.
Shanti Celeste arrives with her bright, melodic take on club music, where house and techno slide into electro touches and the occasional breakbeat swing. As a DJ, producer and vocalist, she keeps things warm and detailed, built on supple basslines and playful rhythm work. Her recent album Romance pushes that personal side further, pairing carefree production with more intimate songwriting.
Midland, one of the UK’s most trusted selectors, matches her with sets that can pivot fast without losing the thread. House, techno, breaks and leftfield electronics all get room, stitched together with a dancer-first instinct and an ear for surprise. Expect a night that moves through different shades of the floor while staying locked into the groove.
