Info
On March 27, 2027, Seasick Steve lands at Bristol Beacon for a night built around raw, road-worn blues and the kind of boogie that doesn’t need much dressing up. Known for his gritty voice and hands-on approach to guitar, slide and harmonica, he plays with that stripped-back setup that leaves plenty of space for the groove to hit hard. His story runs from decades on the margins as a musician and engineer to a late, very public breakthrough in the UK after his mid-2000s run and that now-legendary TV appearance that turned him into a familiar face on club and festival stages. Expect a set that pulls from his long discography, from Dog House Music and I Started Out with Nothin… through to later records like Sonic Soul Surfer, with the same no-frills energy that made his live shows a thing.
