Info
On March 6, 2027, Keo land at NX Newcastle with the restless energy that runs through their debut album Put A Smile On For Me. The London-based band never sounds like it’s standing still: thick, 90s-leaning guitars, post-grunge bite, and slow-burning build-ups that snap into tight choruses, with a voice balancing fragility and impact. Their songs move between introspective tension and abrasive flashes, always chasing that sweet spot where roughness stays readable.
Keo’s rise has been built the old way: word of mouth, constant touring, and the direct exchange that happens when a band meets the crowd head-on. Expect a set shaped for the stage, with dynamics that stretch and break open, and those melodic hooks that stick even when the mood turns darker. Newcastle gets the full picture: a guitar band still in motion, but already dialed into its own sound.
