Info
Seasick Steve brings his no-frills, road-worn blues back to the stage in Glasgow on March 24, 2027, at the Barrowland Ballroom. Built around raw guitar work, slide phrases that bite, and that straight-ahead boogie pulse, his sets lean into the kind of country-blues and blues rock that feels played, not polished. Over the years he’s shaped a sound where a few tools go a long way: gritty riffs, harmonica bursts, and pared-down percussion that keeps everything moving.
Known for a long route to recognition before breaking through in the mid-2000s and becoming a regular on UK stages, Seasick Steve’s live shows tend to follow the same logic as his records: direct storytelling, steady grooves, and room for the songs to stretch. Expect a night that connects his later releases, including A Trip A Stumble A Fall Down On Your Knees, with the tougher, earlier spirit that made his name in the first place.
