Info
On December 4, 2026, at Grey Eagle in Calgary, Emo Orchestra turns the emo and 2000s pop‑punk songbook into a full-on stage show, swapping skinny-jean club energy for sweeping orchestral arrangements without losing the singalong core. Think big strings, live band punch, and those choruses built to be shouted back.
For this date, The Spill Canvas step in as featured guests, with Nick Thomas at the heart of a set that leans on the band’s emo-pop and alt-rock DNA: bright guitars, acoustic touches, and lyrics that cut straight to the point. Expect their own staples reimagined in a wider, cinematic format.
Greywind open the night with their tight brother-and-sister chemistry, balancing dense guitars and melodic pop-punk lift around Steph O’Sullivan’s voice. The show also makes room for covers drawn from scene touchstones like Taking Back Sunday, Fall Out Boy, A Day to Remember, and The Used, all recast for orchestra.
