Info
Hilight Tribe arrives at Tetris in Le Havre on April 17, 2027 with their 'Natural Trance', a simple yet fairly radical idea: to build electronic trance without machines, playing entirely live. As a six-piece, the collective constructs a long rhythmic ascent where tribal percussion, drums, bass, guitars, vocals, and a multitude of instruments gathered from around the world intersect. It pulses like an electro set, but with the grit of acoustics and the energy of a band on stage, in a collective jam dynamic.
Formed in the Paris region in the 1990s, they have honed over their tours a sound recognizable a mile away, blending Indian, African and European influences. We also find this taste for bridges between cultures that runs through their albums and collaborations, notably around 'Free Tibet', brought back into the spotlight by Vini Vici, or their exchanges with Armin van Buuren. A show designed for those who come to seek dance, continuous rhythm, and the genuine thrill of live performance.
