Info
Ash Grunwald brings his blues and roots show back to Europe on March 24, 2027 in London, at Hootananny Brixton. A true one-man band spirit, he builds the set from the ground up: guitar-driven blues, boogie grooves, harmonica lines, and that percussive, foot-stomping rhythm that turns a solo performance into something loud and physical. Part bluesman, part storyteller, he moves easily between raw roots tunes and more modern textures, pulling from a catalog that runs from his early 2000s releases through later, more electric records, without losing the direct, sweaty feel that made his name. Expect songs shaped for the stage: riffs that lock in, dynamics that spike fast, and a constant sense of momentum. It’s a focused, no-frills live moment centered on playing, pulse, and narrative, with the kind of energy that’s earned him a devoted following well beyond Australia.
