Info
Based in London, Catlea is an American-born artist from Cincinnati, Ohio whose music fuses emotional honesty with striking sonic landscapes. Drawing inspiration from a wide variety of acts like Pvris, Sara Bareilles, The Cardigans, Nothing But Thieves, and Young the Giant, Catlea crafts a sound that balances vulnerability and strength, exploring themes of betrayal, transformation and healing.
Catlea’s presence and vocals deliver catchy, toe-tapping tunes. Experience a set infused with indie pop, rock, and a splash of R&B.
Their concept album, Language Barrier, was recorded in Barcelona, Spain at Room To Studio with producer Jason Boshoff (Ed Sheeran, Josh Groban, David Gray, Rufus Wainwright) and guitarist Oscar Garcia-Bragado.
This ten-song album is about sifting through the ruins of a broken relationship to create something meaningful. Catlea's songs invite listeners to look inward, to heal, and to embrace change.
Catlea continues to evolve, adding to their range of genres including indie pop, alt-rock, hip-hop, R&B, and EDM.
