Info
Lizzy McAlpine brings her “the Over Country Tour” to Dublin on April 12, 2027, for a night built around the kind of songwriting that feels close-up, like a conversation you didn’t know you needed. Coming out of the U.S. singer-songwriter scene, she moves easily between acoustic folk intimacy and indie pop with hints of jazz and R&B in the phrasing, always keeping that calm, clear voice at the center.
Her path has been one of steady expansion: early EPs and online performances that put her name on the radar, then Give Me a Minute (2020) with its stripped, folk-pop feel, followed by the broader, more produced sound of Five Seconds Flat (2022), where her writing stretches without losing its quiet tension. With Older (2024), she leans into restraint and emotional detail, letting dynamics do the heavy lifting. Live, that mix of soft edges and sharp lines lands differently: songs breathe, lyrics hit, and the room tends to go still for the right reasons at 3Arena.
