Info
On January 17, 2027, Isaiah Rashad will perform at Melkweg in Amsterdam with his distinctive blend of southern rap, dreamy productions, and lyrics that hit close to home. Since breaking through at Top Dawg Entertainment, he has been crafting a sound that prefers to float rather than bang: languid flows, half-sung hooks, and beats that let soul and melancholy lean against warm basslines. In a live setting, those contrasts come across even more vividly. Rashad moves smoothly between the intimacy of Cilvia Demo, the broader breath of The Sun's Tirade, and the wider grooves and R&B fringes of The House Is Burning, without losing focus on stories about family, mental health, and the hassles of everyday life. With newer work such as It's Been Awful (2026), this promises to be a set that both moves you and lands with impact.
