Bushbaby lands in Montreal for a show at Newspeak on 5 September 2026. Based in Brighton, the DJ and producer sits at the forefront of the wave that brings UK garage back to the centre of the scene, blending it with a tense speed garage, a more upfront house, and well-placed rave nods. In his sets as in his productions, everything rests on taut rhythms, crisp basslines and sampled vocals that grab quickly, with an approach designed for the club yet direct enough to go beyond the garage circuit alone.
Spotted thanks to a string of releases and mixes that circulated in the UK bass and house scenes, Bushbaby has broadened his territory to Europe and North America. His mixtape EVERYTIME (2025) marks a milestone, and he continues on this momentum with tracks like Strong Rhyme, in collaboration with Riordan. Further support is on the way.
