Garage Nation celebrates Halloween with an indoor format on October 31, 2026 at the Ministry of Sound in London, betting on a key figure in UK garage: DJ Luck & MC Neat. Active since the late 1990s, Joel Samuels and Michael Rose grew up in the London club and pirate radio ecosystem, where 2-step, broken rhythms and round basslines have taken their place.
