Milo Korbenski arrives at The Glad Café in Glasgow on December 1, 2026 with his lo-fi indie rock that is both loose and tense. Hard to miss: a featureless white mask, a Stetson fixed on his head, and a very upfront way of singing stories that sound personal, not hiding behind irony. His music leans on rasping guitars and a deliberately stripped-down production, with darker undertones that hook onto immediate choruses and melodic lines that stay in your head.
A solo project through and through, Milo has long done everything himself: home recording, visuals, self-released records, before taking a leap with When You Gonna Tell ’Em the Truth, Aaron? (Phantom Limb), then Sex Angel and the compilation Vol. 1. On stage, the songs take on another form thanks to a lineup that changes from date to date: it moves, it reshapes, and it brings to the fore the abrasive energy hidden behind the apparent simplicity of the studio versions.
