Elder headline Manchester Academy in Manchester on 26 February 2027, joined by special guests Temple Fang and REZN.
Two decades in, Elder keep bending heavy rock toward a vivid mix of psych and prog. The quartet channels crushing, down-tuned riffs, sinuous melodies, shifting patterns and long-form grooves into music that breathes and surges. Their latest album, Through Zero, recorded in Berlin between tours and self-produced then co-mixed with longtime ally Richard Behrens, folds new textures into their signature sound. On stage, Elder push that balance further, moving from weighty passages to expansive, atmospheric stretches with an ease that invites immersion.
From Chicago, REZN bring a psychedelic doom blend of massive, slow-burning riffs, space-rock drift and meditative passages, with sax and synth shadings widening the field around Rob McWilliams’ guitar and voice. Temple Fang complete the bill.
