Vianney

After five years without touring, Vianney is back on the road. On May 21, 2027, he will play the Arkea Arena in Floirac for a solo return, guitar slung over his shoulder, bringing his songs up close. In recent months he withdrew to build with his own hands and to write, a period of refocusing that reaffirmed what he seeks on stage.

His writing retains the directness and the acoustic-pop and folk streak that carried Idées blanches and Vianney — instantly memorable melodies, from “Pas là” to “Je m’en vais” — mixed with more recent tracks from N’attendons pas and the collaborations of À 2 à 3. True to his preferred format, Vianney plays alone in a stripped-back setup that puts the lyrics and performance front and center, with a grooving guitar, subtle loops and that knack for drawing the audience into the singing.

This new chapter favors connection with the audience and the present moment, without artifice, with songs conceived for the stage, a candid tone and a supple voice that glides from one story to the next. The concert looks to the future while gathering together the pieces that have shaped his journey.
