Electric Six bring their Detroit-bred collision of rock riffs, disco pulse and synth-charged grooves to O2 Academy Leeds on 2 December 2026. Led since day one by singer Dick Valentine, the band broke through in the early 2000s with Danger! High Voltage and Gay Bar and the album Fire. Since then, their catalogue has stretched through Señor Smoke, Switzerland and, most recently, Turquoise, always folding garage-rock bite, funk and disco rhythms and new wave synths into concise, hook-led songs. On stage, the group plays it tight and danceable, mixing sharp riffs, chanted vocals and deadpan humour, with a setlist that balances the early singles with later favourites and new material. Regular touring in North America and Europe keeps the band sharp; in Leeds they roll out a show that moves between satire, glam touches, rock tension and a club pulse, the signature blend of Electric Six.
