On 9 June 2026 at Troxy in London, Sunset Rollercoaster headline a night steeped in smooth, slow-burning grooves. Formed in Taipei, the band shape an indie pop that leans into soft rock, psychedelic soul and city pop. Their songs roll at unhurried mid-tempos, anchored by round basslines, light guitars, silky keyboards and vocals that float in a gentle register, most often in English. From an early EP through Jinji Kikko and Soft Storm, they’ve refined a sound that blends 70s–80s references with a contemporary touch, sliding from mellow moods to discreet funk and hints of bossa nova. Live, it’s about texture, flow and detail, a clean balance between rhythm and atmosphere.
