A Thousand Horses + guests

On 14 July 2026, A Thousand Horses roll into KK’s Steel Mill in Wolverhampton. Formed in Nashville in 2010, the band now plays as a trio: singer Michael Hobby, guitarist Bill Satcher and bassist Graham DeLoach, following the departure of Zach Brown in 2023. Their sound sits between country rock and southern rock, with a streak of blues and soul, twin guitars and tight vocal harmonies that keep the focus on songs and groove.

The set is built from across their catalogue: the self-titled 2010 EP, the breakout single Smoke and the album Southernality (2015), the Bridges EP (2017), then Broken Heartland (2022) and The Outside (2024), released on Highway Sound Records. On stage, A Thousand Horses stay direct and unadorned, balancing hooky choruses with guitar interplay and a steady backline.
