Info
Rawayana bring the ¿Dónde es el after? World Tour to O2 Academy Brixton in London on 21 September 2026. Formed in Caracas in 2007, the Venezuelan quartet blends reggae, rock, pop and Caribbean rhythms into a relaxed, mid-tempo sound carried by melodic Spanish vocals. Early releases sketched a reggae-rock base with a light psychedelic tint (Licencia para ser libre, Rawayanaland), before Trippy Caribbean leaned further into funk and island grooves. In 2021, Cuando los Acéfalos Predominan introduced darker shades, alternative pop textures and touches of hip-hop without dropping the reggae-fusion backbone.
On stage, the band stretches elastic basslines, tight percussion and stacked harmonies, shifting from breezy bounce to slower, deeper patterns while keeping the pulse steady. The set links older favourites with newer cuts, with arrangements that play on contrast and space. Their songs favour collective sway, hooks that sit close to the beat and an after-hours mood that echoes the tour’s title. A live moment shaped around groove, melody and the Caribbean palette that has guided the group since the start.
