The Violent Nature Tour lands at O2 Academy Birmingham on 27 September 2026 with I Prevail at the helm. Formed near Detroit in 2013, the band blends metalcore and post-hardcore: heavy guitars, a tight trade-off between screamed and clean vocals, and choruses built for release. From the early breakout cover of Blank Space to the EP Heart vs. Mind (2014) and the debut album Lifelines (2016), they set a clear template. Trauma (2019) brought in electronics and moodier textures, while True Power (2022) sharpened the balance with flashes of nu metal and strong melodic lines. The lyrics hit on mental health, personal ties and social pressure, carried live by a set that shifts between punch and sing-along.
Polaris joins from Sydney with a melodic, progressive-leaning metalcore. After the EPs Dichotomy (2013) and The Guilt & The Grief (2016), the albums The Mortal Coil (2017), The Death of Me (2020) and Fatalism (2023) pushed interplay between technical riffs, rhythmic breakdowns and spacious, atmospheric sections.
Opening, Amira Elfeky brings a hybrid of goth, nu and alternative metal. With the EPs Skin to Skin (2024) and Surrender (2025), collaborations and studio work with producer Zakk Cervini, she pivots from shadowy ballads to tense, riff-led bursts.
