La Yegros

On October 29, 2026, La Yegros arrives at Circolo Arci Bellezza in Milan with her Electric Trio. A voice that grew up between Buenos Aires and the tropical province of Misiones, Mariana “La Yegros” brings to the stage the blend that established her in nu-cumbia: cumbia and chamamé intertwined with electronics, touches of pop and hip hop, syncopated rhythms and direct melodies. From her debut Viene de mí to Magnetismo and Suelta, her trajectory has increasingly pushed her songwriting toward dance without losing its anchoring in the folklore of Argentina’s northeast and the sounds of the litoral.

Live, the electric trio format concentrates electronic bass, percussion and voice into an essential, physical set built on patterns of digital cumbia, synths and Latin American beats. The songs traverse carnavalito and chamamé, open up to pop structures and call-and-response play, working with dense grooves and tight rhythmic structures. The result is a contemporary snapshot of the meeting between popular tradition and global electronic music, honed over years of touring across Europe and Latin America and conceived for both the club space and the concert hall.
