Altin Gün « Garip Release Tour »

Altın Gün return to Italy with a date at Circolo Magnolia in Novegro-Tregarezzo (MI) on 2 July 2026, a stop on their Garip Release Tour. Born in Amsterdam, they weave Turkish and Dutch roots into a sound that reinterprets the Anatolian repertoire with psych guitars, funk grooves and prominent keyboards, while keeping the vocals in Turkish and the saz/bağlama lines intact.

On stage the band work in layers: pulsing bass, tight drumming, warm synths and vintage instruments that converse with traditional melodies. The set alternates rearranged classics and original songs, shifting from psychedelic spirals to more rhythmic passages, with vocal harmonies that broaden the listening experience and a live approach designed to move the audience.

After albums like On, Gece, Yol, Âlem and Aşk, Altın Gün continue to explore the frontier between memory and the present, bringing new sonic textures to the tour. The concert places the band’s collective breath and the energy of a sound capable of crossing borders without losing its connection to tradition at its core.
