Active since the early 1980s in Los Angeles and first known with Uncle Jamm’s Army, Greg Broussard helped shape the West Coast’s 808-driven electro and hip-hop blueprint. His sets stitch together machine-funk grooves, punchy drum programming, talkbox and vocoder hooks, and synth lines that lock into a steady pulse. Expect a dive through classics like the cuts from On the Nile and One Track Mind alongside later material that keeps his old-school approach alive on modern systems. Opening the evening, Dane and Kozue link up for a special back-to-back.
