Brnt with Elderbrook (dj set)

Elderbrook, the stage name of Alexander Kotz, arrives at Sala Lab/Wagon (Chamartín Station, Madrid) on 15 May 2026 with a DJ set that moves on the border between songcraft and club music. After beginnings rooted in indie and folk, he turned to electronic music in the mid‑2010s and made his mark with the EPs Simmer Down and Travel Slow. Since then he has refined a distinctive language: a prominent vocal presence, elastic basslines and rhythms that traverse melodic house, UK garage, soft techno and electronic pop. The international breakthrough came with “Cola” alongside CamelPhat, followed by collaborations with Gorgon City, Rudimental, Bob Moses and Diplo, and by albums such as Why Do We Shake in the Cold? (2020), Little Love (2023) and Another Touch (2024).

In the booth, Elderbrook weaves soulful vocals with airy textures and grooves designed for the dancefloor, playing with restrained builds and melodic highlights. His set links together his own productions and edits that converse with his universe, without losing focus on movement or the pop sensibility that runs through his work.
