Public Image Ltd. brings its elastic bass, wiry guitars and spoken-word bite back on stage with This Is Not The Last Tour. The band’s post-punk DNA stays front and center: dub undertow, motorik tension, and lyrics that cut straight, more observation than nostalgia. Grooves stretch and circle, guitars scratch and drone, the voice prowls between chant and confession. On 12 May 2026 at Klub B90 in Gdańsk, the set leans on space and pressure, the push-pull that has driven PiL from their earliest sides to their latest material.
Also on the bill, The Jacques come in from Bristol and London with a tight quartet format and a mix that brushes indie rock, Britpop, grunge, post-punk and new wave. Formed in 2014, they’ve moved fast across UK stages, from Dot to Dot and GuilFest to a Hyde Park slot with The Libertines, then Glastonbury in 2015. A first EP, Pretty DJ, a BBC Introducing session and a move to Modern Sky UK in 2019 have framed a sound built on short, tense, melodic shots. Guitars up front, hooks kept lean, they set a brisk tone before PiL takes over.
