Danyl

Self-taught songwriter, composer and beatmaker, Danyl developed a personal sound early on: first behind the machines for himself and others, then creating live on Twitch, where he composes, writes and records with his audience. Franco‑Algerian, he links the rhythms and melodies of raï and chaâbi to a melodic rap nourished by chanson and urban pop. Trained in piano, he cultivates clear harmonies, productions alternately melancholic and sunny, and a vocal delivery that slips between rap and autotune.

After an initial period under the name Hashey Sen, he returned under his own name with the Khedma trilogy of EPs and expanded his collaborations before releasing ZMIG, a debut album that condenses his bicultural roots and the modernity of his time. On stage, Danyl takes on the role of producer‑rapper: sung choruses, tight drums, raï‑inspired pads and moments of improvisation inherited from his live sessions, with a direct connection to the audience.
