The Casualties

On June 24, 2026 at La Secret Place in Saint-Jean-de-Védas, The Casualties bring back New York street punk as it was forged in the Lower East Side in the early 1990s. In-your-face guitars, shouted choruses, a taut tempo: the quartet runs through three decades of songs built for the stage, from the early For The Punx days to the Written In Blood era. Fronted by David Rodriguez on vocals since 2018 and with Jake Kolatis on guitar since 1993, the band keeps hitting the road and sharpening a raw, direct repertoire rooted in street aesthetics and no-nonsense lyrics.

From New York to European tours, from Latin America to independent venues, The Casualties have built themselves on live energy and a commitment to an unvarnished sound, somewhere between the UK ’80s punk legacy and hardcore urgency. In Saint-Jean-de-Védas they reenact that history onstage with a tight, no-frills set designed for the pit, spanning their classics and more recent tracks.
