Info

The Cabaret Sauvage Summer Festival goes Jamaican: join us on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at the Cabaret Sauvage in Paris for an evening fronted by Lila Iké with a live band, preceded by Fatta Soul Stereo. Reggae, soul, R&B and roots vibes—undiluted.

Lila Iké, who hails from Christiana, Jamaica, is asserting herself in the new wave of reggae with a style that blends roots heritage, soulful textures and R&B touches. Brought to prominence by the EP The ExPerience in 2020 after early singles such as “Biggest Fan,” “Second Chance” and “Where I’m Coming From,” she shaped her path within the In.Digg.Nation collective led by Protoje. Her songwriting moves between the intimate, spirituality and everyday Jamaican life, carried by a supple voice that shifts from singing to deejay-style phrasing. In a live configuration, she delivers a contemporary reggae—expansive and warm—faithful to the foundations while looking forward.

Fatta Soul Stereo opens the evening. A founding member of the Parisian sound system, he builds bridges across eras, from 1960s Jamaica to the present day. A festival regular and frequent stage partner of Johnny Osbourne, Luciano, Junior Kelly and Morgan Heritage, he fills his sets with dubplates recorded in Kingston. For this date, he is preparing a selector set that moves between reggae, ska, dub, bass music and dancehall, designed to warm up the room before the live show.
