To celebrate Jack de Marseille’s 35-year career, the artist takes over the Dancing and invites DJ Hell on Saturday, April 25 at 7:00 PM.
DJ Hell
A pioneer of the German electro scene and founder of the label International Deejay Gigolo Records — on which he signed many major artists of the 1990s (Jeff Mills, David Carretta, Miss Kittin…) — DJ Hell has left his mark on the history of techno and electroclash with a dark, elegant style. Between club appearances and collaborations, he continues to perform on international stages.
Jack de Marseille
A leading figure of the French techno scene, Jack de Marseille contributed, from the late 1980s, to the emergence of electronic music as a DJ, producer and head of the Wicked Music label. He combines energy, an indefinable style and an underground spirit, and performs at numerous clubs and festivals. The Jack in the Box nights, where he brings together international artists and enthusiasts across different venues, help define techno culture.
Lolita
Since the 2000s, Lolita has been animating Montpellier’s nightlife. Between house, techno, electro and downtempo, she crafts sets informed by a vinyl culture and a keen interest in independent labels. A resident at Piñata Radio and at Discopathe, she also collaborates with artistic projects such as the Play Michèle Murray company.
