Saturday 9 May 2026, BASIS in Utrecht lines up Vladimir Dubyshkin, DJ SWISHERMAN, Spikey Lee and Waxdiva for a night of fast, groove-led techno.
Vladimir Dubyshkin returns with a hybrid set. The Russian producer and DJ, known for releases on Nina Kraviz’s Trip label including Rural Woman and Cheerful Pessimist, shapes lively rhythms, pared-back melodic motifs and chopped vocals. On stage he condenses this language into repetitive, nervous sequences, hovering between hypnotic tension and direct impact.
DJ SWISHERMAN pushes the hardgroove vein: high BPMs, supple basslines, bouncing percussion and a funky flow that keeps the floor moving relentlessly.
Amsterdam’s Spikey Lee brings a 90s touch to rolling, warm techno, with a focus on technical execution: massive patterns, minimal breaks and a clear, driving energy.
Waxdiva opens vinyl-only, delivering precise mixes and an analog texture to set the tempo and establish the tone for the night at BASIS, Utrecht.
